Crown provides mobile battery-related service at accessible home, work, and parking locations. The city, vehicle, access, and availability are confirmed before a visit.
What are your service hours?
Jump starts are available 24 hours, including after 9:30 p.m. Battery installations are available from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Appointments can also be arranged for battery services. Confirm the appointment time, battery stock, and vehicle suitability before your visit.
Should I request a jumpstart or a replacement?
If you are unsure, describe the starting symptoms and request testing or no-start assistance. A battery assessment helps determine the next step.
Which counties do you serve?
Broward is the primary service area, with requests also handled in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. Exact location and availability are confirmed for each visit.
Do you work on trucks and fleets?
Yes. Crown handles battery and starting requests for commercial vehicles. Truck details, battery-system information, unit numbers, and site access help plan the work.
How much will battery service cost?
The total depends on the vehicle, service, location, battery selection, and access. Confirm the installed quote and any additional diagnostic work before approval.
How soon can someone arrive?
Availability and an estimated arrival time are confirmed for your location. Traffic, the work already scheduled, battery stock, and access can affect timing.
Do you offer different battery warranty options?
Battery choices and warranty terms vary. Ask for the written warranty on the specific new or used battery offered with your quote.
Do you provide EV charging?
This site covers battery and starting assistance, including suitable auxiliary low-voltage EV requests. It does not offer roadside traction-battery charging or high-voltage repair.
