Get help with a no-start
Slow cranking, clicking, and a vehicle that has been parked can point toward a battery issue, but they are not a complete diagnosis. We check the situation, confirm the vehicle and battery system, and explain whether starting assistance, testing, or replacement is the next step.
What the visit can include
- Vehicle and battery-system confirmation
- Appropriate starting assistance
- Battery testing when needed
- Guidance on the next service step
A jumpstart is a starting point
Starting the engine once does not confirm that the battery or charging system is healthy. If the issue returns, testing can help identify why. Do not assume a short drive has corrected an underlying electrical fault.

Questions about jumpstarts
Can I get a jump start after 9:30 p.m.?
Yes. Jump starts are available 24 hours. Battery installations are available from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; after-hours service is for jump starts. An installation can be arranged during installation hours, including by appointment.
Do I automatically need a new battery after a jumpstart?
No. Battery condition and the reason it discharged need to be assessed. Testing helps decide whether charging, replacement, or further diagnosis is appropriate.
Can you help a commercial truck?
Crown handles commercial starting requests. Provide the truck model, battery arrangement if known, and access details so equipment and suitability can be confirmed.
Will a jumpstart fix every no-start?
No. A starter, connection, charging-system, or other problem may require a different repair. The symptoms help determine the next step.
